EA Metal Edge Trim

EA Metal Edge Trim is manufactured from galvanised steel and supplied in 1.2mm thickness as standard. 1.0 and 1.6mm are also available upon request.

This edge trim is used to form the concrete slab edge, this acts as a permanent formwork to the edge of the concrete in-situ on to the metal deck or precast concrete flooring.

It is fixed to the metal decking or precast flooring using restraint straps at 600mm centres to give extra strength. Straps can be fixed either using self taping screws or shot fired in with a nail gun. They are supplied in 3.0mtr lengths and cut on site to the required length.
